Isaiah 40: 11

"He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to
his heart; he gently leads those that have young."

The Second

This is Gideon now
This is Gideon way back when

Love this shot

I love my "big" brother

I still look like this. Just a little bigger.

Little pumpkin

Gideon's famous "I can get in but I can't get out act"

Yes! We  took pictures of his miserable state.
Removal required an oil slick and then a bath.
All par for the course with Gideon in tow!

Eli Part 2

Warning: The following photos are in no particular order!

One of my all time favorites.

Being cheesy.
He used to suck his little thumb.
So tiny
Do not try this at home!
Mommy's slippers "used" to be big on me.
Classic. Too tired to finish his little graham cracker.

We sure do miss our HUGE cherry tree.
What a sweet little fella'
So happy

The old room
Learning Daddy's trade

Then one wake up to this smiling face and wonder where in the world the time has gone.

My Firstborn

Some time ago my in-laws were kind enough to put a bunch of "old-fashioned" pics on a disk for Kent and I. Since my regular camera is still not working I thought it might be fun to post a few of these. The first installment is of Eli in the early days.

Looking for something free to do this Friday night?

My three eldest have been part of a drama class this summer. This Friday at 7 they will take part in a performance of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. We have a Sleepy, a Sneezy and even a Prince Charming in this house. You will have to come by to see the fun. Free admission at Faith Pres. Hope to see you there.

Ever so patiently.......

Hello. My name is Naomi Faye.
I am the sixth child in my family.
I do a lot of waiting.
Is it my turn yet?
Guess I'll have a little stretch.
Back to the waiting game.
When very bored I suck my bottom lip. Gives  me something else to do.
Time to switch arms this head sure gets heavy.
Pose for the camera.
Is it really my turn? Yippee! You see. I have been looking forward to my baptism for some time now. We tried to squeeze it in before Daddy left for Japan but there wasn't enough time. We tried to fit it in when Daddy got home but Pastor Scott went on vacation for a whole month. So now the time has come. This coming Sunday the 16th of August at Resurrection Presbyterian Church 8:30 a.m. I will be baptized. Please Join me I would love to have you be present for this blessed occasion. Meeting @ Summit United Methodist Church 5316 104th st. E, Tacoma, WA 98446
